STIPULATION FOR RELEASE OF PLAINTIFFS

RECORDS AND INFORMATION

 

COMES NOW the parties to this action and hereby stipulate to provide information by and between each other in a contemporaneous fashion condition upon the stipulations set forth below:

 

1. Defendant agrees to produce contemporaneously any information whether school records, medical records, tax records, employment records or any information procured from use of executed releases.
2. Parties stipulate that any information obtained by use of releases shall be used solely for purposes of this litigation.
3. Any individual or Insurer obtaining information in disclosures or from use of a release agrees to maintain the confidentiality of this information. Said information shall not be discussed or disseminated except in connection with proof and/or defense of this litigation.
